Cancellation Policy:


A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will receive a 100% refund.
​​​​​​Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.

Great location and very clean

This was our second time staying at Bahia Breeze and we love this property. It is located on the canal in Bahia Bay and perfect if you are going out fishing. There is a cleaning station on the canal with lights to clean fish. The house is spotless clean and the beds are very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this property if going to Rockport, TX.

Great time at Bahia Bay Breeze

We had an amazing time at this property. We come back each year. Only one hiccup...we used to use the gas grill but now it doesn't work anymore so we had to buy charcoal and lighter fluid to cook our hotdogs and hamburgers. Also the hot tub has been under maintenance for years so we already knew about that issue. We were happy to see the lights in the pool working again. The house cools well and the parking is great! FYI if you show up even one minute early the code won't work to get inside so it must be synchronized with the clock but not a big deal just a heads up. We will be back again next year.

Great house for Family

This was a perfect house for multigenerational family. Teens had their own space downstairs and adults had large family areas and kitchen. Pool and landscape were very relaxing and we had easy access to the bay for our boat. Only downside was that there were no fish in the bay that we could eat, but there were lots of dolphins just outside the Bahia Bay canals.

Birthday celebration

Overall house was great. Few amenities were not functional like the hot tub not heated(which was acknowledged in description) and the outdoor built in grill not working(but a free standing one was supplied). We had a good time otherwise.

Great home

Great home love the lay out so spacious Marie was amazing it was a holiday weekend and she answered my calls and e-mails anytime I needed her my only complaint was the hot tub wasn’t working the weather wasn’t so great and having the hot tub would have been amazing it seems it hasn’t worked in a long time from other reviews but overall absolutely amazing

Long Weekend

We had 5 people staying over a long weekend. It was a great home with plenty of space. We wish that the hot tub had been working as we were looking forward to it. The driveway was also a little bit of a surprise and there wasn't really an area to turn around with a long truck and trailer without driving to the end of the street. Even with these couple of items, we will be booking this house again for our stay in the area.

Summer family vacation

Beautiful Home

Great place to vacation with the family. Lots of room to spread out and the back patio is perfect for late afternoon and evening relaxation. The pool and back patio make this place very special. You must pay attention walking around pool area, because you step right off of the patio and if not paying attention can end up in the pool. Back patio and pool were both dirty upon arrival. Pool guy showed up Friday and got water cleared up but did nothing with debris in the pool. Hot tub does not work but we knew that going in. We had no issues with anything in the house, everything worked great. Fishing is not great at all off of the pier. Fishing was very slow in the bay as well though. However it was nice to have your own clean fish cleaning table to clean the daily catches. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already booked again next year.

Great Place!

The house was beautiful, spacious and so comfortable! The Pool, patio and fishing dock was great fun for the kids and nice place to hang out to bbq. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Pearl of Bahia Bay

Great house with pool and quick access to Redfish Bay. Enjoyed 5 days with family and friends for GettFest. Our family had total of 3 houses rented in area and this was by far nicest of all. Great time hope to rent again!
