4bdrm Farmhouse 10min to Okemo on 2.5 acres

Quintessential Vermont farmhouse living with 2,500 sqft on 2.7 acres. Quiet, expansive views of the surrounding mountains including the back side of Okemo Mountain.

Back yard is spacious & private with apple trees, raspberry bushes, wide variety of wildflowers & large deck for eating or relaxing. Within 10min drive, you'll find Okemo's Ski Resort & Adventure Zone, many swimming holes, Lake Ninevah, hiking trails, and all the amenities of the town of Ludlow.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire house except for the unfinished basement, attached barn and attic.

Other things to note
The house has been updated with new mattresses and bedding in all bedrooms! New stainless steel cooking set and other upgrades. Relax with a comfortable stay while enjoying the character this home has to offer.

The house does not have any air conditioning (the thermostat is only for heat). Generally the house stays pretty comfortable all summer long, but there are several portable fans available (the master bedroom and guest room also have ceiling fans).

The $35 pet fee is per pet. The system only allows the collection of a single pet fee amount, regardless of how many pets are indicated on the reservation. If you indicate more than 1 pet, I will separately request $35 per additional pet.Your honesty and compliance with this is much appreciated so that we may continue to host your four-legged friends and keep the house in good shape!

Perfect in every way

The property was perfect for our family trip to the area, everything was just as described! Jessica was a fantastic host and was very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend the property!

Charming Farmhouse

We had the most wonderful stay in this comfortable and charming Farmhouse. The house has a so much character and we loved the bedroom setup. The decor is lovely and the kitchen well equipped with everything we needed. Will definitely be returning!
