Apartment is located on the 1st floor in 5-floor building in a calm and quiet living estate. 37-m air-conditioned apartment consist of a bedroom, living room with kitchenette, bathroom and the corridor.
In the bedroom there is comfortable, double bed, closet and desk. In the living room there is a folded double sofa, 55-inch smart TV, air conditioner, closed and table with four chairs. Kitchenette is equipped with big fridge, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker and all needed amenities. In the bathroom there is a shower, washer, clothes dryer and hear dryer.
