Why they chose this property
This established neighborhood is tranquil and quiet, yet close to all things Athens- 10 minutes to almost anywhere! My homes offer privacy and space to play - all are on large lots with wooded views. Tree-lined sidewalks and wide streets. No student housing in this neighborhood, which is geared to professionals and families. It is truly the perfect place to work from home, with a setup that makes it easy!
What makes this property unique
This is the first time offering this home for rent. Everything is New! Fresh and clean. Large SmartTv's in every room (for those of us who are addicted to TV!) There are two living areas in addition to a bar/ desk area. Flowing floor plan for easy entertaining. It has a two car garage with only one step into the house- the front entrance has NO STEPS, so easy navigation in this One Story home. There is a large fenced area along with a patio in the private backyard, along with secondary lawns on the rear and sides- lots of room to play!
