Great Location!

Great stay, perfect location, under a 2 minute walk to the beach and just a little further to great restaurants! And only a 15 minute drive to Hampton Beach. Highly recommend this stay!

Last Min Getaway

This property worked great for our little family of 4 for a quick visit. We spent most of our time at the beach so it met our needs in terms of having a place to sleep, easy to get in and out of, and space for easy breakfast meals and snacks.

Delightful

Life is to unpredictable to guarantee the same wonderful experience as we had, but this property will not hinder the possibility. Steps from the beach, great food nearby, the hosts were wonderful. It was truly a delightful experience. We have memories to last a lifetime and have no regrets.

Cute little cottage.

The cottage was very small. No more than 3 people can stay here comfortably. It was very clean, well kept, had some nice decor, nd is in walking distance to salisbury beach (5-7 minutes) and salisbury center (7 minutes). The area becomes kinda suspect hen you get closer to the beach and the beach itself is nice, but is definitely the most sketchy part of salisbury beach. The cottage is closest to the public entrance with public parking so you can use your imagination as to how that looks. Food in the area is nothing short of horrible. Every restaurant in the area is way overpriced and full of microwaved frozen meals that make your stomach turn. The cottage itself has zero cabinet space if you want to bring any food/snacks you will have to keep it in bags, etc. The trendle bed appeared to have a broken frame when we attempted to open it so we just left it alone. Our son slept on the couch and he said it was "ok." The main bedroom had a great AC which was a huge plus but only a tiny bureau and small closet so we kept our stuff in suitcases. The place came with a few board games and both rooms were equipped with TVs. Not over priced but also definitely not a deal or anything considering the small size and LONG walk to the lone parking place. No guest parking. It was overall a cute place with potential, but lacks the overall space and amenities that would make me want to come back and the location is a cross between the place that time forgot and the place that time doesn't want.
