We are seconds away from the exciting 5th Avenue with all its boutiques, and upscale restaurants. And a 7 min walk to the popular Martina’s Beach Club.

We are located just a 7 minutes walk to the white sandy beaches of Playa del Carmen and 50 steps from it's famous pedestrian street; 5th Avenue. THE AREA (DINING)
Some of the upscale restaurants close by are “Don Mario”, “Bovinos”, “Cuevo del Chango” "Soma Urban Sushi Bar" and “Ipanemas Grill”. More informal dining and breakfast restaurants are also plentiful and close by. Among these are "Que Huevos" for great breakfasts. Whether you feel like Italian, French, Mexican, Japanese, American, or Argentinian cuisine, we have the table for you. Playa del Carmen even caters to the Jewish community with kosher dining and a Chabad house.

THE AREA (SUN & BEACH)
Bring your own picnic basket and beach towels or go to Martina’s Beach Club and let them take care of you with food, drinks and beach chairs. Private or public either way, a very popular sector of the Playa del Carmen beach is just 7 minutes away.
Martina’s is a privately owned Beach Club. Picnic baskets are not permitted in the private area. A little further is the famous "Mamitas Beach Club". Mamitas is a 15 minutes walk down on Quinta Avenida.

THE AREA (SHOPPING & DISCOTHEQUES)
A 15 minutes walk down 5th Avenida will take you to the center of this famous pedestrian- only street. The most glamorous stretch of 5th Avenida is just minutes away. Along the way you will find a variety of stores, boutiques, restaurants, souvenir shops, street artists...briefly if this is your first time here, you will find this street simply and absolutely amazing. A little further on the Quinta Avenida you will even find a Walmart. A 15 minutes walk will bring you to the hottest discotheques and glamorous nights.

OTHER NOTABLE POINTS
Our building is the highest in the area, giving us a spectacular rooftop 360 degrees panoramic view. From this deck we can see the city and of course the turquoise sea that is a few minutes away.
