Perfect Location! Walk to local restaurants, Bars, Shops and less than a mile from our award winning sugar white sand BEACH. This is a very spacious 3 bedroom 2 full bath home. Perfect house for a family or a group of friends.
Big beautiful fenced in yard, Ideal if you are bringing your dog. Great yard for relaxing and grilling after a day on the beach. BBQ Grilling area

Hola, my name is Pilar. I want to make sure your stay its fun, relaxed and stress-free. Welcome to our beach community! I am a former TV personality, now a coach and a speaker and lately a host. It is a beautiful life and I love trips, vacations and get aways. I am a sunset chaser and one of the best in the world are here in Indian Rocks Beach. Enjoy many of them!
Why they chose this property
My parents bought it as their home to retire. They live in South America and visit Largo once a year. When they are not here theyare happy to host visitors from all over the world.

Neighborhood.
Easy access to local businesses. 35 minutes from the Tampa International airport (TIA) and 40 minutes from Busch Gardens.
A private one story home in a a very quiet neighborhood with easy access -even walking distance- to a Supermarket, bank, pharmacy, gym, dry clean and fast food American food and Cuban and Chinese restaurants.
It’s located 2 minute away from the Beach
Back Yard.
This home has a big fenced back yard with enough space for gathering and enjoying family games and meals, BBQ and sun bathing or some quiet and reading time. We have a good size rectangular table and a huge umbrella to keep you and your loved ones under the shade while enjoying the outdoors.
Side patio.
My favorite quiet nook for a romantic moment. An European look like table for two, perfect for coffee in the morning. In the same small area you can also enjoy a glass of wine at night, right in front of our fire pit.
