This is a RUSTIC Cabin in the woods. Here in the SMOKY MOUNTAINS there are a host of creepy crawly and flying critters. At any given time your may experience wasps, ladybugs invasions, carpenter bees, house flies, and believe it or not Scorpions. We spray each of our cabins monthly for bugs and ask all guests to PLEASE not leave out any food items that will entice these creatures. ALSO THIS IS BEAR COUNTRY. DO NOT leave food outside our around your car! USE the bear proof trash container..

When booking on most platforms there is a credit card charge. When/if canceling according to the cancelation policy you should receive a full refund MINUS the charges from the payment processer. While our property aims to be pet-friendly, we currently only accommodate dogs. To prioritize the safety and comfort of all guests, we have some breed restrictions in place as required by our insurance policy. We also kindly ask that your dog weighs no more than 65 lbs.

(Please be advised that the pet fee shown on the Airbnb total is only applicable for one pet. We allow a maximum of two pets on the property and charge $75 for each additional pet brought by guests. Any additional payment required will be requested through Airbnb's resolution center.)
