LBI-The Beautiful South End-4 Doors From the Beach!
Welcome to our Beach House on the South End of Long Beach Island, a clean cozy beach retreat in Holgate, 4 doors from the beach. Our home has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths, with an outdoor shower. There are two bedrooms upstairs, one with a King Bed (and a sun deck) and The Pink Room has two Twin Beds. The other two bedrooms are downstairs with Queen Beds. All 4 bedrooms have independent mini split air conditioners.
The living room has a large sectional sofa, with a cathedral ceiling, skylight, updated AC unit, and a Sonos speaker.
The house has Wifi and one TV in the downstairs bedroom with Apple TV.
There's a large front porch for morning coffee and sunset views. The back screened in porch has a table that seats 8. There is an ample size backyard with sofa/lounge area, cornhole, a Weber grill (propane) and a garden you're welcome to borrow from for dinner night. The house comes with 4 beach badges, beach chairs, sun umbrellas, boogie boards, and 2 kayaks (for the bay).
This house is on a pretty spectacular block with sunsets at the Bay at the end of the street, the beach 350' away in the other direction, and a tennis court, half basketball court, and playground 3 blocks away.
All the great Beach Haven Restaurants, Shopping, Fantasy Island, Ice Cream, Supermarkets, The Surf Light Theater, and Mini Golf are 2 miles from the house. A 3 minute drive or a causal bike ride away.
There's is parking for 2 cars on the property. There is one EV charger on the property.
