Carolina Sea Shack-Brand New Ocean View Luxury Home-Private Pool and Elevator

NEW EVERYTHING! We want to welcome you to a house that is sure to be a homerun for memories that last a lifetime. Carolina Sea Shack is a custom built home that is opening its doors for rentals in 2024. 8 master sized bedrooms all with king beds in each. Each floor of the house has a large living room area and kitchen. Private elevator that will take you to all levels of the home which makes it super convenient for anyone with travel limitations. Our favorite part is the 3rd floor balcony that you would think falls off into the ocean, the views are out of this world! After long day at the beach take a dip in your own private pool and wash away that mid day sunburn. We can not wait to have you!

When arriving at the house you will first notice how much parking is at the property. Easily can fit 7-8 cars at the home with no issues at all. We have two parking areas, one under the home from the main road, and a back lot behind out pool.

Once parked, you will notice the comfortable bar/outdoor kitchen area of the home. Also a sitting table with TV access. Jump in your private pool and kick away all worries!

Elevator access can be obtained at the bottom level or walking up the first floor. Smart locks on the home for easy access to the property, so no waiting in lines to check in somewhere. That equals more vacation time!!

One of the bedrooms facing the pool and marsh side of the home, has a private balcony with an oh so comfortable porch swing. It is the perfect location for a good book and a glass of sweat tea!

Moving up to the 3rd floor via the custom stairs, this is where the heart of the home is located. Large chefs kitchen on the main floor with bar seating for everyone. A mini living room off of the kitchen with large flat screen TV, 2 over size loveseat chairs, this is the perfect place to catch those fall football games while throwing down in the kitchen! On the marsh side of this floor you will find 3 bedrooms, again with all king beds.

Moving up to the very top floor of the house, you will walk into a large sitting area surrounding a flat screen TV with the ocean in the back drop. Off of the living area is a brand new pool table ready for any takers. On this level you also have a kitchen area for quick snacks, drinks, etc so you dont have to run down to the main level for that quick refill! A private king suite on this floor, makes this the perfect area to get away! This king bedroom also has a private balcony off of it that offers you endless ocean views. This is the room to be in!!

Open the doors onto the top level balcony and you will instantly appreciate why the builder chose to take the house all the way up to the 4th floor. This view is unmatched with unobstructed views all the way to the horizon of the Atlantic Ocean.

Another awesome local feature to this home is where its located. Its on the Georgetown county side of Garden City, this means beach tents and shading devices are allowed! So bring whatever you would like, rent a golf cart in the area and explore all of Atlantic Ave! Sam's corner, ice cream stores, arcades and our favorite a local produce stand all within walking distance. Just dont count on watching your diet on this trip!

All linens are provided minus beach towels so please keep that in mind. We supply a start up of paper products, trash bags, shampoo conditioner and body wash.

No smoking is strictly enforced inside the home and on the balconies. No one under the age of 25 is allowed to rent the home.
