A delightful and modern 3 bedroom villa in a prime location with all amenities on hand. It consists of 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and will accommodate up to 6 people. The master bedroom has large fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with a full bath/shower, hand basin and toilet. The 2 twin bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and all have en-suite bathrooms with shower, hand basin and toilet. This modern, tastefully designed villa is light and spacious and would be ideal for families and friends looking for a relaxing and quality holiday. The lounge area is comfortable and inviting with Flat screen SKY TV, (sports and movies)free WiFi and CD player. The villa has full A/C in all rooms and a fully equipped new modern American style kitchen with a utility and drying area. On the terrace you will find a relaxing hot tub then enjoy the private south facing sun terraces furnished with comfortable sunbeds and later dine on the upper terrace and enjoy that alfresco dining experience.


Car Hire: We can arrange competitively priced Car Hire during your holiday in Lanzarote with the largest and most reputable car hire company on the Island who offer the very latest models Corsa to Cadillac. Please ask for a quotation. Vehicles can be collected and returned to airport. Prices include unlimited mileage. Also child seats are available at NO charge. (up to €35 per week from some other car rental companies.)

Last minute break

Loved everything, pool and hot tub huge bonus. Handy for everything. Supermarket and lots of cafes and restaurants short down hill walk.. Few taxis back uphill as well.

Brilliant stay at Villa Rosso

The property was as described. It is perfect for a family holiday. The only bit of feedback I would give is we would have preferred to pay upfront for the air conditioning as it proved quite a challenge ensuring we had enough coins each day for the coin operated system. Other than that, no problems at all.

Short November break

We had a great time at villa rosso, everything you need is included, heated pool 4 person hot tub, 8 loungers , in a very quiet neighbourhood roughly 10 minutes to the strip, 5 mins to Lidl , quite a steep walk for anyone who has mobility issues but taxis are very cheap and plenty of them, everything you need is inside , flat screen tv with more channels than you have time to watch , 3 bathrooms, 3 large bedrooms, actually can’t fault anything with our stay here can’t wait to get back, thanks to the lovely hosts for their help.

Very nice villa in good location

When we arrived the villa had obviously been empty for a while, and we had to call the owner for it to be swept out again and for the Wi-fi which wasn’t working. Roy quickly organised for these to be rectified and came around a few hours later to check that everything was as it should have been. Very quick responses. The villa itself is very nice. 3 good sized bedrooms with 2 excellent en-suites and a modern shared full bathroom as well. We had peaceful sleeps. The tv is large flatscreen and has a full package of UK channels including movies and sports. The seating area isn’t in proportion with the rest of the house. Small but modern kitchen, and a utility room with washing machine and dishwasher. The Wi-fi was excellent. The star is the outside area with full sun all day. The heated pool is fabulous and was cleaned twice during our week there. The jacuzzi was an added bonus when the sun started to go down. The poolside furniture is mostly very good, with 6 sun loungers. The strip & beach & old town are 10-15 minutes walk down a gentle hill. Taxis are less than €4 back home.

Family Holiday

We found the villa to be on a lovely quiet street in a good location. The pool was a really good size for the kids to play in and there was a couple of floaties left for us to play with and there was plenty of space outside for the sun loungers. inside the bedrooms were of a good size, 2 ensuite with lovely bathrooms. the kitchen was a bit on the small side but the fridge and freezer worked well , and we weren't going to be cooking so it was fine. The living space was on the small side too, although there was a 6 person dining table which the kids used for their laptops which was handy. We were a bit disappointed at the pool table as the top of it was very dirty and had lots of wholes in it so didn't get to use it, also the chairs on the terrace were really uncomfortable to sit at for any length of time. The hot tub didn't work on our arrival, but was fixed for the following day once I had messaged Jill. The villa could have been a bit cleaner on arrival, on first look it was fine but once you sat down you could see dust and left over food on the living room floor and the bathrooms had hairs etc left over. Minor details but a bit disappointing none the less. this did not detract from us having a great holiday and i would probably recommend this villa to others

Family holiday 6 adults.

Lovely villa. We went as a family of six adults, so loved having our own rooms with en-suite . Easy walking distance to restaurants and bars as well as shops and 24 hour supermarket. Only downside was that we wished that we had booked for longer. Would definitely recommend.

5 Star Villa

This was our 2nd visit to this villa as we loved it so much. With an excellent location to the old town and the main strip it is ideal for all. The villa's facilities kept all the family happy with a good size swimming pool, lovely hot tub, good hot showers and all the channels you could wish for on the TV, sports, kids, films etc. The pool is well maintained to a high standard, the pool cleaning staff and housekeeping staff were lovely and friendly too. As well as all this the customer service from Roy and Jill is wonderful, their professional, efficient and kind manner goes a long way to making your holiday a relaxing experience just knowing that you are in safe hands. We had a wonderful time and look forward to booking again.

fantastic villa!

Me, my partner and 3 children recently stayed in villa rosso, and had a fantastic holiday. The villa is in a great location , about 10 minutes walk to either the beach or old town. Inside the villa is great and very modern, the brand new bathrooms are amazing! But for me the best part was the outside area, the pool was fantastic and a really good size. There was also a large BBQ with a shaded terrace area for when the sun was too much. Would not hesitate to book again. Thank you.

Fantastic Villa

This was our second stay at Villa Rosso and yet again, it did not fail to deliver - the new bathrooms are stunning!! Jill welcomed us on the first day to explain the facilities and advise on the housekeeping rota. The villa was cleaned regularly as was the pool. 10 minute walk in one direction to the main promenade and 10 minute walk in the other direction to the Old Town. Plenty of shops and restaurants - with the added bonus of Lidl nearby! Check out the Open Air Cinema at the main shopping centre for an added treat! We look forward to booking again for next year! Spacious, relaxing well equipped villa

We had a lovely relaxing week at villa rossa which is very clean and spacious . Very close to beach and local shops and restaurants. Our two boys loved the pool which had steps into and was a nice size. We loved the hot tub. A great location and we would highly recommend this villa.

Simply Perfect

Spent a wonderful week here recently. Location is good really easy to get around and a short walk to the beach. Villa was exactly as described and spotlessly clean. 3 good sized bedrooms with lots of wardrobe space and 2 full bathrooms. Really good information pack in the Villa and the welcome pack was an unexpected bonus, thank you. The outside space was truly wonderful with a huge dining table and chairs plenty of sun loungers and the pool and hot tub were amazing. All in all had a great time see you next year.

Unrivalled Villa Rosso

Villas Rosso is for me the perfect place to stay in Lanzarote. It is about 10 mins from the beach. The spacious villa is always spotlessly clean. The heated pool always maintained. Having all the UK tv channels is a lovely bonus. The owners are the most courteous hosts. I have stayed at many villas that offer a lot but the reality is something very different. I've rented Villa Rosso For the last five years next will be the sixth. I would highly recommend V Rosso not just for is fabulous facilities but it's easy access to the shopping centre, local supermarket and beach. A country mile ahead of most.

Great Villa

I stayed for three weeks earlier this year ( 2011). The villa is great and the owners just as nice. It's a country mile in front of all of the villas I have rented in P. D Carmen. It's kept in great condition, well worth a visit.

Just back from 10 wonderful days

Can't praise highly enough! I would like to say that this villa is top class. When we arrived we were surprised how spacious it was. Everything was spotless and well laid out. The pool was cleaned twice during our stay and bedding and towels changed during our stay also (beach towels are provided, so don't bring your own). Roy visited just after we arrived to make sure everything was ok, which it was. We were travelling with two youngsters (0&2) and in my opinion we couldn't have found anywhere better suited. If you are looking for a villa in PDC then I would highly recommend Villa Rosso.

Holiday in Casa Rosso

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche in der Casa Rosso verbracht. Die Angaben des Inserats waren 100% richtig. Sehr gepflegtes, sauberes Haus mit gepflegter Aussenanlage inkl. Pool (sehr gut beheizt) in einem ruhigen Umfeld. Empfehlen dieses Haus jederzeit gern weiter und werden es mit Sicherheit nochmals anmieten. Lanzarote und Casa Rosso einfach "bueno". Beste Grüße und hasta luego :-)))
