• Kindly note there are 2 units on the same property. They are two separate, fully functioning homes, but they share the back yard and its amenities.
• Parking: there is one parking space in the garage. The clearance is low and will only fit smaller cars. There is also street parking available. The driveway is not designated for this unit.
• 2 night minimum stay.
• Guests must be 25 years of age to book.
• Pets are permitted with prior approval and $150 fee per pet.
• Smoking and events/parties are not permitted.
• Additional pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax
• Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras.
