Relax in the main-level living room, the perfect gathering space, with a wood-burning fireplace, high ceilings, and an excellent selection of great books. Get cozy by the fireplace on cold winter nights and watch your favorite show or movie.
Enjoy the chef's kitchen, designed for efficiency and function. It's like a culinary command center where every detail is optimized for creating exquisite meals. The open-concept layout seamlessly flows from the dining area to the kitchen, making it an entertainer’s dream with ample gathering space. The kitchen offers a center island with nearby French doors leading to the garden terrace, where you can enjoy the outdoors and sunset views.
The primary bedroom suite is spacious and beautiful, with a comfortable king-sized bed, luxury linens, and a large walk-in closet. Open the French doors to let in a refreshing breeze from the terrace. The spa-like primary bathroom includes dual vanities and a glass-enclosed steam shower.
On the main level is dedicated office space provides privacy and all the necessary amenities, including a wireless printer.

Built in 1954 by Las Alamos scientist Arthur Hemmendinger and his wife Peggy.
A beautiful mid-century pueblo home in the heart of an old piñon forest filled with well-loved art and trinkets from the owner's thirty-five years of travel and life. This magical home is in the path of an old river frequented by local native Americans. This land holds the historic artifacts that they use daily.
