Come enjoy the beauty and serenity of the outdoors at Truman Lake, Warsaw, Missouri. Sleeps 20. This home provides a great get away during every season. Enjoy boating, fishing, jet skiing, swimming, golfing during the summer. Go for walks in the spring. Enjoy the beautiful changing leaves in the fall and be amazed by the soaring eagles in the winter. Located in Teal Bend near Long Shoals Marina, we are just minutes away from many antique malls, restaurants and shopping. This nicely furnished 2800 sq' home overlooks Truman Lake with a short walk to the water. The home is finished in Knotty Pinewood and laid out on 3 levels with the upstairs overlooking the main living area. There are 2 bedrooms & 1 bath located on each level allowing guest privacy when desired. Large gathering areas on the main floor and on the lower level provide space for socializing with a large deck on the lower level. This home is furnished with major appliances including washer and dryer. Just bring the boat, golf clubs, fishing poles and groceries. Ideal for single or multifamily gatherings.

NO PETS/ NO SMOKING. $400 per night (3 night min)
Holiday rates $440 (New Years/ Memorial weekend/ 4th of July weekend/ Labor Day Weekend/ Thanksgiving Weekend/ Christmas Week ) Responsible parties only, must be 25 years old. Rates subject to change without notice. Non-refundable Cleaning fee and security fees apply. (An additional refundable cleaning/damage fee of $100 is charged within the initial cleaning fee for excessive cleaning, if all rules are followed this will be refunded.)

Yearly Family Reunion

Had a wonderful weekend. Plenty of room for all our extended family to spend the day with us Saturday. Kitchen equipped with everything we needed. Nice view. Small portable ramp made the main level of home wheel chair accessible.

Perfect Lake House

For the 3rd straight summer our family has enjoyed this wonderful property. It has never disappointed and we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else when we go to Truman lake. The owner is very prompt and informative with communications. Can't wait for our next stay!

Wonderful home for vacation!

The tiny view of the lake was wonderful from the main floor of this property. The windows let in so much light! The beds were VERY comfortable, but the double beds need to be replaced with bunk beds. We are a tall family and impossible for us to sleep 2 of us on a double. There was lots of extra blankets in the home, and it would be good if there were a couple cots. Very difficult to park our RV travel trailer on the property....they should recommend this not be done due to unlevel areas. The kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed to meal prep and for large groups. Counter space was limited, but we managed for our group of 20. Handicap bars should be added to the showers and toilet areas for the elderly. We loved ALL the decorations in the house, and spent a lot of time talking about all of them! This was THE best decorated house of all those our family has stayed in over our 28 years of family reunions!. Thank you for sharing your home!

Great for family reunion

We had 3 couples, 2 singles, and 3 kids. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out and sleep comfortably. Swimming access was just a short drive away. The downtown area is really cute!

Clean, well furnished home, open spaces with welcomed amenities. Could not find hot tub listed on line. One suggestion: over door hardware in bedroom to hang up clothes. Overall recommend property for lovely stay.

There was plenty of space for our group of 19 ranging in age from 10 months to 82. The accommodations were comfortable and had most everything we needed, even for our Thanksgiving meal. Lovely setting too! We'd definitely stay there again!

Wonderful Stay

My family was all able to gather and stay in this home while visiting Missouri for a family reunion. Everything about our stay here was wonderful…plenty of space for all of us (19 people), a clean home (and I’m big on cleanliness), and a cozy environment. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves…the big kids played games downstairs, the little kids played outside, and the adults gathered to visit in the living room and kitchen. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for a family vaca

We came with two toddlers, an infant and 7 adults. We had plenty of room and beautiful views. The beds were a little squeaky and not the most comfortable but they did the job. The backyard was perfect for activities and fires. Truman lake was calm and beautiful. We enjoyed our days boating. Highly recommend this property. It was close to an awesome winery that we visited for lunch one day and very close to the boat landing and public beach.

Great location and great view of the lake

Very accommodating to our large family. Rustic lodging with 3 levels of living. Guests can walk down to the water's edge via easement across Army Corps property or sit on the deck and view the sunset and lake. The location is extremely convenient to utilize the nearby Long Shoal Marina. This is our second annual family trip to Truman Lake and this VRBO property and we'll definitely plan to stay again.

Truman Lake Family Gathering

This home had everything for a really fun family weekend! We were a group of 20 and there was room for everyone to spread out or gather as needed. The location is very convenient but it felt so secluded. Betty was great to work with. I would definitely recommend this home.

Great time staying here. Plenty for kids to do with indoor and outdoor games. Hiking trails nearby we also did so location is great for us. Very clean property and owner is great to work with. We've stayed here 3x over the years and will come back!

When all or part of our family is able to enjoy time at the lake, the secluded house gives us time to reconnect. From talking, laughing, play games, bag toss tournaments, walks, boating, fishing or just watching the sun set we just can't get enough.
