This home is one of the bigger homes in Ocean Lakes with 1900 SF on a large lot, conveniently located within Ocean Lakes, with plenty of options to relax indoors or outdoors.
There is plenty of room for parking on this lot (up to 4 vehicles)
3 LARGE bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Located close to the South Gate, but turn left out of the house and you are at the beach in a few minutes... This home has all the space you'll need for making awesome family memories at the beach!
Complimentary use of one (1) Golf Cart.
LINENS: We INCLUDE Linens & Towels!!!
Inside, there is cable TV in every room, and a stocked kitchen for preparing meals, washer & dryer, a bathtub in the main bathroom.
5 beds, sleeping 10 people comfortably. Maximum 7 adults.
Master Bedroom - 1 King Bed with private en-suite full bathroom
Bedroom 2 - 1 Queen
Bedroom 3 - 1 Queen Bed Size Bed PLUS additional double over twin bunk Bed
You will not get bored at Ocean Lakes!!
18-hole mini-golf, Activity center with 80+ arcade games, Indoor Pool, Outdoor pool/water park with a splash zone for small children, events and classes at the activity center, holiday events, check-out equipment for basketball, volleyball, horseshoes & more. There's a playground and skate park right on the beach!
*Security/damage HOLD of $300 is REFUNDABLE and returned within 7-days after your stay is complete.
**PARKING fee is collected by the resort via express check-in or at arrival ($12-$15 per car/night). I will initiate the express check-in process for all guests, to save you the time of waiting in lines at arrival. But the Parking fees are handled by the resort, after that process is initiated.
MUST BE at least 25 years of age to reserve the house. The person reserving the home MUST BE STAYING IN THE HOME throughout the duration of rental agreement. NO EXCEPTIONS. Drivers of the golf cart must be 21 years of age, with a drivers license.
