Colchester Vermont 3 BR Lake Champlain cottage, near shallow sandy beach
Charming 3 bedroom cottage only steps away from a great sandy beach. Kid-friendly shallow water. Lake views, shady, grassy yard, 2 double kayaks, open kitchen/great room. AC and heat. Affectionally called the "Sand Dunes," this little community is a short walk or bike ride from the Burlington bike path, Airport Park, and the Causeway. We have 4 older bikes on site, or you can rent them locally. People are friendly, and the beach is beautiful. Two separate porches are ideal for work calls or naps. Linens available if needed. Sorry, no pets. Contact Mary with questions.

About the host

We have enjoyed this cottage for many years, and it's been a fun summer getaway for our children and grandkids. We are excited to share this little treasure with other families for a few weeks at least. I think we take it for granted sometimes, and it's wonderful to experience other families' excitement about features that we also love.
Why they chose this property
The beach is usually very quiet, and our grassy yard is the perfect place to enjoy lake breezes and views of the broad lake.
What makes this property unique
We have great beach access. Another plus is the second porch.
