Beautiful 2 Bedroom Condo on the Sea of Cortez at Las Palmas Resort BN-101

Bonita 101 has been beautifully upgraded and remodeled with all new kitchen appliances and brand new washer/dryer, all new interior lighting and ceiling fans throughout the condo. We have tastefully redone the decor, with fresh paint and accent walls. Even all the sinks and cabinet hardware are new. Three brand new smart TVs with Roku, Netflix and Prime also available on all the TV's in every room. All these extra amenities make this condo very desirable.
Bring your favorite Keurig coffee to use in our new coffeemaker. Also provided a blender, toaster, regular coffeepot, can opener and all the pots and pans you could possibly need. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath accommodates up to 8 guests comfortably. In the living room; there is a queen sofa sleeper, extremely comfortable double reclining chairs, and a love seat couch. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a new comforter and curtains. The guest bedroom has brand new two full-size beds with comfy mattresses and new comforters. Even the patio has oversize furniture and new lighting. We are just steps from the Club House main slide pool, jacuzzi, and BBQ. Don't forget about the beautiful sandy beach also just steps away!
We have been past renters at Las Palmas for 9+ years and we finally purchased our vacation home away from home. We have tried to supply everything we ever wanted in past rentals. Please feel free to make our vacation home your vacation home (mi-casa-es-tu-casa). Welcome and enjoy the beach!
