Villa 16 was designed to create a feeling of exclusive privacy while still being open, central, and welcoming. In the luxurious great room, there's plenty of comfortable seating for relaxing and socializing. A custom dove gray Copenhagen leather sofa and a bright blue velvety armchair face the charming brick fireplace and large HDTV. Glass doors allow the bright Mexican sunshine to stream in and frame the panoramic ocean views that are visible from every seat in the house. A farmhouse-style dining table has seating for ten.
In the open kitchen, crisp white cabinets are topped with glossy granite workspaces. Premier, stainless steel appliances include an electric range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. The fully-equipped kitchen allows you to flip some blueberry pancakes in the morning or prepare a delicious evening meal. Casual bar seating is the perfect spot to linger while waiting for the morning coffee to brew.
Down the hallway, you'll find three private bedrooms. The spacious and peaceful master suite features a memory foam king-size bed, a sleeper sofa, and large flatscreen television. Sliding glass doors provide stunning ocean views and lead out to the sunny patio. The attached master bathroom features a double vanity and a glass block, step-in shower. The two additional bedrooms feature a queen-size bed with an ensuite bathroom, and a queen-over-king-size bunk bed.
Villa 16 also comes equipped with a full-size washer and dryer. Convenient USP outlets are located throughout the villa for easy device charging. Each of the HDTVs includes AppleTV, Prime Video, Netflix, Hulu, Roku, and YouTubeTV for you to log into your personal accounts.
