It takes you to the heart of San Diego, see pic. The trolley stop is where the train ends, a few feet away. Legoland 6 miles away. San Diego Zoo Safari 19 miles away. Other beaches to San Diego are plenty full and breathtaking. Disneyland 57 miles.

I love it here. I watch the surfers at Oceanside pier all the time with contest often. One of the pictures has a girl hanging 5. She has 5 toes off the board on the front. You want to go hiking, there are plenty of places, beaches, mountains and the desert, which I don't like, Google it for places. Peaceful. Freeway 78 is 1/2 a mile away it takes you to I-5 to LA or San Diego, 6 miles. Or want to go to Yellowstone take I-15 off Freeway 78 east, 10 miles away. Mind you Yellowstone is in Utah, but the west entry is off I-15. There are plenty of parks. I love Sequoia and Kings Canyon, the trees are thousands of years old and huge. Take a big wide angle lens to take pictures. I also love going to Monterey Bay north of here. Just Google whale watching and tells you a bunch of spots, including Oceanside at the end of the pier. There are plenty of different types of whales. Orcas are famous because they prey on seals and dolphins. If you like that kind of stuff this is the place.
Or concerts. LA attracts every act. I just saw Madona, she was here for a week. If you like hip-hop, I just saw Pitbull with Iggy Azalea. Your choice of music.

Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is quiet, up 800 ft on a ridge from the main street Melrose. We do have security with ADT all doors, sliding doors and windows are monitored. You can hear cause it will tell you when one is opened.

Location. Not far from LA or San Diego. 50 some miles from Disneyland, about 38 from San Diego Zoo, 19 miles from San Diego Zoo Safari, 6 miles to Legoland, the USS Midway Museum 35 miles. Sea World San Diego where it all started.. Go see the Tide Pooling, whale watching, surfing, snorkeling, sail, cave exploring, Hike the Seven Bridges... too many to mention.
