About this property
A White, Bright, Gorgeous Nest.
Beautiful pad, newly built. Now with king sized bed and Canadian made Logan and Cove mattress! Front yard with dining table. Cozy, boutique hotel feel. Great for small gatherings. Lovely kitchen: rave reviews. Location couldn't be better: West Little Italy/Dufferin Grove. Come for the Thursday farmer's market!
This is a self contained apartment, 4 years old, in the beautiful Dufferin Grove neighbourhood. It really shines! Glossy poured concrete floors - heated! - work beautifully with high-sheen white and yellow kitchen cabinets and fun butcher block counters. The bathroom is deliciously luxurious, built with great care for design and comfort: deep, wide soaker tub, powerful hotel-style shower, gorgeous corian sink, plenty of great storage. Hand painted tiles adorn the sides of the bathtub and the walls are a pretty duck-egg blue. Living room has a comfy queen sofa-bed - real sprung mattress! Bedroom is large, with a generous closet and a king sized bed: brand new Canadian Logan and Cove mattress: supportive springs and memory foam combo. Ask us about a supplemental single mattress to sleep 1 extra person. High quality linens and duvets. Ceilings high throughout. Private small sunken patio. Stainless steel gas range and range-hood; LG in-kitchen washer and dryer; huge Whirlpool fridge.
Free parking on nearby College St after midnight; free on our street during the day - go to City of Toronto website to book overnight temporary parking permit - see your itinerary for full, gory (sorry, glorious) details.
The whole space is yours alone. Very quiet. Very private. Warm and cozy.
This is sub-main floor with high ceilings. It's not really a basement - the front of the space is open to the front yard, the sky and lots of light with big glass double doors. The back of the space has a decent sized window and window-well so that you have some natural light in the bedroom. The living room is the only room that doesn't have its own window, but there is natural light flowing through from the front.
Take a look at the amenities we provide. Central heating. No AC.
$30 per night charge for each additional guest over 2.
