It's amazing how this cool apartment provides everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing and romantic stay. Excellent Location! Situated in a very private road, and safe neighborhood it is close to everything: Within one miles from Fwy 101, bike/walking paths, Shopping Malls, Restaurants, and Fire Department. Within 2 miles from Main Hospital, and Sheriff Station, and only 10 minute drive to UCSB or Downtown. Come and enjoy beautiful Santa Barbara, and the surrounding areas, specially Wine Country in Santa Ynez and the picturesque City of Solvang, only a 30 minutes drive.
