There are 3 bathrooms (3 showers, 1 bathtub) and all the bathroom showers have been newly tiled and renovated, and come with fluffy bath towels.

You'll love the large, fully equipped kitchen, with its new stainless steel appliances. There's lots of countertop space and cupboards to store all your snacks! Plus you can add BBQ to your menu thanks to your outdoor grill (propane delivery service is available from us for a fee). This home boasts both indoor and outdoor dining options, with a separate dining area inside, so getting everyone together for a meal will be a snap.

Featuring two separate living room seating areas, and decorated in a modern style, this house is perfect for your next group getaway! We offer complimentary high speed internet, in-home laundry machines for your use, and free onsite parking.

You'll be just a few mins walk from Allen Park. This 10-acre park has panoramic views of the Downtown skyline, has picnic tables and a loop trail. There are greenbelt trails to explore, flat areas for easy walking, and the hills are a fun challenge to conquer. Nearby Bull Creek offers open space, hiking, and the creek for exploring with miles of trails dotted with swimming holes. There are also a variety of activities and dining choices along the main thoroughfares like Far West Boulevard, Anderson Lane, and Mesa.

Nearby Mopac provides easy access for traveling north or south. Depending on traffic, it is only 15 minutes to downtown and 10 minutes to the Domain or the Arboretum. The Mopac Express lanes have entrance and exit ramps that are convenient to the neighborhood. Just keep your eye out for deer. Wildlife is plentiful here.
