You'll have full, private access to the entire property, including 3 suites, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, expanded backyard and a 3 car driveway.
Our office is around the corner on Main Street and our team is happy to assist as needed, day or night.

Unfortunately, we do not have a burn permit so fires are not permitted by The County. Please also do not light candles inside the home.
No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed on the premises. A $500 cleaning fee will apply.
There is one remote for the TV and one remote for the fireplace. There will be a replacement charge of $300/remote if either is lost.
You are welcome to use all the dishware in the kitchen cupboards.
The house comes with 2 Sandbanks passes. Sandbanks' beaches fill up fast so if you are planning to go, reserve your space ahead of time and get there early! If passes are lost during your stay there will be a $75 replacement fee. If passes are accidentally taken home with you, please let us know and we'll provide you with a mailing address to send them back and avoid the $75 fee. If you're planning on visiting Sandbanks, please pack all necessary beach essentials. Please do not bring bath towels to the beach.
Please note that our locally made Telford amenities are for use during your stay only. Products are available for purchase to take home if you wish. If by chance something does end up going home with you, you will be charged for a replacement.
Early check-in/late check-out may be available, and availability will depend on our calendar. Please contact us to see if we can accommodate this for you. Our property is not suitable for toddlers or young children.
