Welcome to Bohemian Sunrise—a fabulously appointed condo with the beachiest of vibes and ideally nestled in the quieter side of the NSB island! Located a stone's throw from the no-drive beach and a short 15 minute bike ride from Flagler Avenue, this slice of paradise features all top amenities including: an updated fully-equipped kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, pool with BBQ grill, and convenient river access for kayaking and fishing! New Smyrna Beach charm just doesn't get any better than this!!
24 hour audio and video surveillance is present in all public areas of the building including entrances and the pool.
Booking guest must review and e-sign the Fun Coast Rentals Rental Agreement before check-in.
A $300.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 7 days, the security hold will be released and recaptured each 7 day period of your stay.
Parking:
Two (2) parking spaces per booking allowed (first come, first served). All parking is uncovered and provided free of charge. Limited on-site trailer parking available on a first come, first served basis.
