This home is in the heart of Ocean Springs and is surrounded by shopping, leisure activities, kid's play, and of course, the delicious Gulf Coast cuisine are just a few things that will keep everyone happy.
Step outside onto the patio, where you can sip your morning coffee while watching the sunrise, or unwind in the evening with a glass of wine as the sun sets over the horizon. This condo features an inlet to get out into the gulf. There is public boat parking and a Marina that you can pay to park your boat.
Nearby amenities include a waterpark, parasailing, bowling, aquarium, shopping, casinos, jet ski rental, and laser tag. Great for Family Reunions, Guy's Golf trips, Girls Get A-Way's, Birthday Celebrations, and so much more. Feel like pressing your luck at the slots? Go play at one of the many casinos that line the twenty-seven miles of the Gulf of Mexico beaches. Enjoy the Coast Transit hopper and the Ship Island Excursion.
