The Villa is located on the ancient Cassia Vetus (now Via Settoponti), used in ancient times to connect Florence to Arezzo, a few miles from one of the most beautiful towns in Italy, Loro Ciuffenna.

The owner Claudio Vassanelli is from Valpolicella(Verona) where he produce fantastic wines, like Amarone and Ripasso. You can buy it at Villa reception at good prices, and compare it with Chianti wines.

Useful tips: All you need is located in Loro Ciuffenna, an incredible preserved village, far 2,5km. Markets, shops, restaurants, pizzeria, ice cream shops, bike rental, wine shops, bank, groceries, petrol station and pharmacy.
In Loro Ciuffenna there is also a visitable and working old mill where you can buy also their products. Great fun for kids and also adults.

In addition to normal turistic routes to the Chianti or Florence, Loro Ciuffenna area offers also day trips to Pratomagno mountain, with his hamlet, ruins, panoramic roads, mountain restaurants, old grocery shop and memorable views of Tuscany. The road to Pratomagno start from Loro Ciuffenna center and arrive to Croce del Pratomagno, where you can reach the highest peak (at the cross).
