Don’t stay here

The house was clean but reading reviews online , there seems to be on ongoing problems with no towels,no toilet paper, no coffee or any other amenities that you would find at least a hotel. The pool was dirty so you could not use it . This also seems to be an on going problem It appears the owner needs to change the name from “Pool Paradise to pool not usable . The master bathroom , what water was reversed. Could not find the switch to turn off patio lights . would not recommend this to anybody.

Pool

The house was beautiful and in a great neighborhood. My only complaint is there was no toilet paper, paper towels, towels or washcloths. The pool was a little dirty but there is a huge tree that is over the top of the pool so I’d say that’s why.

The stay was nice and so was the pool.is a pool skimmer incase leaves fall from the tree. the house was perfect for our needs and close to everything we wanted. nice quiet neighborhood, We felt safe and comfortable.

Wonderful!

This is a gorgeous home, extremely clean, spacious, and just beautifully decorated. It was also very comfortable and relaxing. Bring some extra towels and toilet paper perhaps, and your own coffeemaker if you are not a Keurig person :) These were the only extremely minor inconveniences, easily resolved with lots of nearby coffee shops and grocery stores, and a washer and dryer with complimentary detergent pods. The pool was perfect and provided the quiet, peaceful, relaxation we were looking for. Obviously cleaned and serviced regularly, we met the pool guy! Only a 20 minute drive to Pensacola Beach, and a great mall right down the street. Restaurants everywhere. Great backyard and dog friendly as well. Owner is super friendly, responsive, helpful, and kind. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

A nice space with room for improvement

Located in a pleasant, quiet neighborhood. This house was clean, kitchen is beautiful, light, & airy w/ lots of counter space. Appliances in good working condition. That said… We entered to an overwhelming smell of a strong strange fragrance. What is that? Missing: Paper towels Tissues. Just an empty container. Hairdryer Towels, Washcloths, a mat in master bath Found a mound of towels on the dryer. We washed - not knowing if clean, dirty, or how long they had been dumped there. Amend amenities list. There is a Keurig, no pods. We would have brought our pods. Need a hook in each bathroom for clothes, etc. Whose food is in the fridge & freezer? It’s weird & disconcerting w/out notice about leaving food. Toss? Leave? We left it. One closet is available- but no hangers. Shoes are under the king bed? In spite of these bumps, the house is very clean. Pool not so much….. family chose not to get in. Water was clear but a lot of black, algae..? on the bottom & sides. Rereading recent reviews, the issue has not been corrected.

Nightmare Vacation

I had been in constant communication with the host. She was fully aware of the issues we had faced since the minute we got to the property. The house was not cleaned before we arrived. She claimed the cleaner mixed up the date. The fridge was dirty & full of the previous guests open food. The bathrooms had previous guests pubic hair in the tub / shower. The master bathroom had urine around the base of the toilet on the floor. The towels & linens were not laundered. My 65 year old mother & I spent our 1st day there cleaning the property. The lawn had not been serviced in weeks. The grass was overgrown with vines growing up the sides of the fence & full grown mushrooms all across the backyard. The pool most likely is broken as the host claimed it was cleaned before we came. It was filthy upon our arrival. The host had a guy come out to service the pool & he didn't do the job. He poured a bottle of chemicals in the pool & left. The pool was unusable for the entirety of our stay. My family & I are beyond upset. The whole reason we booked this property was because of the pool! The host had agreed to refund us 2 nights of our stay at the time she told us the pool guy couldn't come until 2 days into our stay. THE POOL WAS NEVER CLEANED. The host has yet to give us our refund. Up until our last day there the host was very apologetic & said she would make it right. I tried to make it work with her, but it appears she's trying to hide now. We feel we have been scammed. The property wa

Very clean but not well stocked

House was super cute and clean. My only complaint is there was no towels in bathrooms and we ran out of toilet paper in master and none that we could find. Refrigerator had left over food in it.

Clean and Pretty, Pool a No Go

The home has been recently updated and is currently for sale. It was very clean and well decorated inside. We had everything we needed inside the home. The grass outside was not conducive to pets. It had many sand burrs. We booked this home because of the private pool, but were unable to use it. It was filthy. It had green algae and black growth of some kind. There were also outdoor lights falling down, tennis balls laying around all over the back patio and in the pool. This was very disappointing to us since this was one of our main reasons for renting this home. The owner stated that the pool guy comes on Sundays which seems odd and what we saw was not one week's worth of growth. Inside the home was great, but outside left much to be improved. It would have been more acceptable if this had been communicated upfront and we had been aware. We had looked forward to spending time in the pool for the majority of our stay, so we were extremely disappointed to not be able to use the pool at all. If the owner improves this aspect I would give this home a 5 star rating for the price point.

Cook Summer Break

House was perfect size for me and my boys summer trip. It was easy to access and great location to the bay areas. Lots of shopping and restaurants close that kept things low stress. Kids lived in the pool from morning to night. The house was clean and furnished with many items to make our visit easy. Highly recommend for future vacations.

Amazing pool home in Pensacola

This place was beautiful! Extremely comfortable couch and beds, very well put together. So nice to have a pool after being at the beach all day. Twinkling lights and everything. So cute and the pricing is great as well! 10/10 recommend.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

We loved staying at this house! It was so much better than staying right on the beach. We stayed during the week of July 4th and had easy access to stores and restaurants without the crowds and traffic. This location provided easy access to multiple beaches and tourist spots. The house was clean and the kids loved the pool. I would highly recommend this house to anyone!

Dirty pool

One thing that I needed was a pool for the kids. I was told the pool had been serviced. The pool was dirty. My grandkids would not even get in. I believe the rental is a work on progress, but if you are going to advertise it as a "pool patadise", at least have the po ready.
