This home offers over 2,500 square feet of stylish and modern living space, featuring 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and two private balconies.
* Two living rooms:
* 1 king-sized bedroom with a private bathroom
* 4 queen-sized bedrooms
The house is spread across three levels:
* Top floor: Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms have queen-sized beds, and the master suite has a king-sized bed.
* Main floor: Living room, kitchen, dining room, and a patio with two swing chairs. There is also a queen-sized bedroom and a bathroom, ideal for guests with mobility needs.
* Basement: A second living room and a private bedroom.

- Blackout curtains in every room and Easy self check-in process.

- Experience the perfect blend of privacy and accessibility in our tranquil location, just a short distance from Atlantic City’s vibrant beach, boardwalk, and casinos.
- Parking is hassle-free with space for 4 cars in the driveway
- Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- To ensure everyone's comfort, smoking is prohibited on the premises and we ask that you keep exterior noise to a minimum after 9 PM.
- We love when our guests have fun, but please keep gatherings respectful and controlled. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior will result in lease termination and immediate eviction.
- For the safety and privacy of all, only registered guests are allowed on the property.
- Feel free to use the outdoor BBQ to enjoy meals with family and friends, but please remain considerate of our neighbors’ peace and quiet
