Beautiful townhouse with panoramic view overlooking Holiday Valley Golf and Ski Resort. This vacation home is conveniently located steps away from Holiday Valley and a short drive from Holimont and the village of Ellicottville, NY. Great distribution of space with large open living rooms located on 2/3 floors to provide ample space for a large group. 3 floor, four bedroom, three bath townhouse is set up for comfort with multiple beds and baths to accommodate a large group for a weekend getaway or a family for a longer stay. 2 outdoor spaces including a upper deck and patio.
Please contact me for parties of ten or more, the unit next door is owned by our friends. Aprés-Ski: The first floor offers a walkout sliding glass door for easy access when coming off the slopes. Complete with a bar and large couches, as well as a full bathroom, this space is inviting and comfortable for after skiing.The Kitchen is complete with a refrigerator, stove and dishwasher, and fully stocked with cookware, plates/utensils. Extra small appliances include a crock pot, coffee maker and more. TV/Cable on all 3 floors, wireless internet available.

Why they chose this property
We love to enjoy Ellicottville year around, with skiing/snowboarding in the winter months, and golfing/biking/hiking the rest of the year. There are many things to enjoy the village of EVL, including several restaurants, shops, breweries, bars and the charm of an old New York State village.
What makes this property unique
We have a beautiful scenic view of Holiday Valley, which creates a perfect ambiance to a weekend away. Our townhome has a great separation of space, which makes it feel open for large groups
