About this property

You are in the heart of Ocean City, just two blocks to the beach and boardwalk, and around the corner from downtown Asbury Avenue with all it has to offer - restaurants, cafes and shopping. Beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bath condo offering a spacious, tastefully decorated interior, along with a big front porch and rear balcony. This beach house has been newly redecorated with new furniture in the main living area, kitchen and bedrooms, new mattresses, new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and new wood flooring throughout. There is off-street parking for two cars – one in the garage and one in the driveway.

6 beach tags are provided at the start of the summer season for guests to use.

We do not allow pets. We do not allow smoking anywhere on the property, including cigarettes, vapes and cigars.

Family rentals.
No Senior Week, Proms, Graduation rentals. We do not rent to groups or anyone under age 25.

Weekly rental period is Saturday - Saturday with check-out on Saturday afternoons at 2:00 pm and check-out on Saturday mornings at 10:00 am.
