It is also a 20 min walk to Golden Gardens with many outdoor activities and 1 block from public transit with a direct route to downtown Seattle!
This immaculate 3 bedroom 2 bathroom luxury townhome offers living amenities with modern touches, a Mt. Rainier view, a seasonal view of the Olympics and a view of the top of the Space Needle where you can see fireworks display for New Years.
