Our unit E207 at Papakea Resort is a beautifully remodelled second floor condo featuring spectacular ocean views of Molokai, as well as the beautifully manicured grounds and Koi pond.

Granite surfaces throughout, stainless appliances, custom cherry cabinets and custom lighting complete the look in the gorgeous, fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the tastefully furnished living room equipped with a 49 inch Smart TV, DVD player and blue tooth enabled radio/speaker. Bring your laptop or tablet and enjoy free property wide wireless internet access.

The bedroom has a comfy California king bed, plenty of closet space, air conditioning unit, and a ceiling fan. The bedroom blue tooth clock radio is iPhone or iPod ready, just dock and enjoy your own music. The bathroom features granite counters, cherry cabinets, a walk-in shower and built in hair dryer.

Wake up to the sound of the ocean and enjoy your coffee in the morning sun on the spacious lanai. Take advantage of the afternoon shade and trade winds to keep the entire condo cool naturally. The unit is also equipped with split system air conditioning with independent AC units in both the bedroom and main living area and ceiling fans. Amazing place to stay on Maui!

The condo was very comfortable and easy for us to settle in. The view was incredible and we could watch the whales while eating on our deck. The grounds at Papakea are lovely. We plan to come back and hope to stay in this unit again!

Great stay in Maui

We stayed 6 nights in this property. It was really beautiful and the amenities were great. We were able to enjoy a game or two of tennis; the lobby gave us the equipment needed to play and it was a great court. Unfortunately the surf was too high and water was really rough so we couldn’t swim in the ocean. The unit closet had snorkelling equipment and boogy boards which was a happy surprise. We did have to leave the room for an afternoon due to some pest control activities at the resort which was unfortunate but it wasn’t too bad. Overall the location was great and the host very responsive.

Great family vacation

This property really was spotless! Our unit was wonderful, clean, and perfectly located. The a/c was nice and powerful, and we loved walking to the adjacent beach for swimming!

Paradise

We love the Papakea and this location was fantastic. We were able to leave the Lanai door open most of the time and take advantage of the trade-winds. This was perfect for our family and we really enjoyed our stay. If you are a coffee fan make sure to take the short walk to Bad Ass Coffee just down the street.

Summer vacation

Another 8 perfect days at Papakea . I have stayed in this until at least 8 times and will continue coming back as the until is fully equipped with everything one needs. Bob is always available to answer questions too. The lanai offers amazing views of ocean . I enjoyed walking 3 miles a day to Kahana or Whalers Village. Please try Sergio’s cantina across the street . Food is excellent ! Mahalo Bob

Hidden Gem

We came across the property while looking to extend our stay in Maui. It is exactly as described and shown in the photos. The unit is well equipped with everthing you need to be comfortable and safe. We were only here for 4 days, but quickly found our way around the property. The location of the resort is convenient and easily accessible for everything on the island. Communication with Bob was great, and he seems genuinely concerned that our stay was enjoyable. We highly recommend this unit to anyone interested in a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Paradise is in Papakea

Our host Bob was amazing! Totally made my family feel welcome and very responsive to questions I had. The room itself was fully furnished and in immaculate condition. The Papakea resort was the perfect stay for my family. Steps away from the ocean, pristine landscaping, clean pool and spa. We are definitely staying here again.

absolutely inviting place to stay

The unit is beautifully designed and maintained. Quiet and with beautiful views of the grounds and water. Newer kitchen, appliances, and remodeled bathroom with comfortable furniture and bedding. Kitchen was pretty well stocked with most everything you'll need if you prepare your own meals (dishes, pans, utensils etc. There were no seasonings or condiments) Air conditioning works great once you figure out the nuances of the remote control and an unidentified wall timer. Again, a very comfortable and stylish retreat. I think most people would really like this unit and I'd recommend it as well.

Lovely and clean updated condo with great views from large lanai. Helpful info from owner regarding restaurants and shopping. Returning to Papakea after many years, we found it to still be a well cared for resort with beautiful grounds and views.

Spring break vacation

My stay was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend staying in this unit . Fully equipped with everything you need including beach chairs and beach towels. I have stayed in this unit multiple times and Bob is always fast to respond to questions and concerns . The location of unit is also a plus with amazing views of ocean and pool. We have vacationed all over and we truly love this place.

We are seniors and the Papakea is a wonderful place to take the whole family. It is very family oriented and to put it in our granddaughters words, it’s better than Walt Disney. We loved the whale excursions, Mama’s house, Sea house, Kimo’s, Duke’s and steaks out on the grills at the Papakea. It’s the most beautiful place on earth to us! We have been coming to Papakea for 30 years and finally decided it was time to purchase a place of our own. We especially enjoy watching the Humpback Whales every winter, as well as snorkelling, and walking the beautiful beaches!

Why they chose this property

Papakea's 13 acre resort offers the best in a low rise, low density ocean front setting. The lush manicured gardens and Koi ponds delight the eye and the amenitieis like the pools, spas, shuffleboard, multiple gas barbques, putting greens and tennis courts complete the picture. Paradise at it's best!

What makes this property unique

The location of Papakea could not be better. It is conveniently located between historic Lahaina town and the incredible golfing at Kapalua. It's a short walk to grocery shopping, the fish market and the farmers market. If walking on the beach is your thing, the beach stretches all the way from Papakea to Black Rock at Whalers Village. For those of you looking for more activity, Papakea is surrounded by some of Maui's best beaches for surfing, snorkelling, or just sun bathing. Finally if dining out is on your list try the many restaurants within a few minutes drive, like the award winning Pinnapple Grill in Kapalua, the Sea House on Napili beach, or enjoy live music at Lealanis beach grill in Whalers Village.
