The Space:

These matching, side by side, spacious beach bungalows are perfect for the whole family, large groups, and furry friends! Walk to all the restaurants and bars along the boardwalk or stroll to the beach for some fun in the sun. Sitting right on the main thru-way courtyard that connects both the beach and bay, these homes are known for their prime location. The sleeping arrangements are versatile, with two queen beds, two cute daybeds, four twin beds, two pack 'n play cribs for the little ones, and extra electronic inflatable mattresses.

The two well-appointed kitchens are a dream for home chefs, featuring gas range ovens, dishwashers, microwaves, coffee makers, and full housewares packages. You'll have everything you need to prepare quick snacks or a full three-course meal!

Stay connected with free high-speed Wi-Fi, watch your favorite shows on our Smart TVs, and keep cool on those hot summer days with refreshing AC. Convenience is key and parking is free! You’ll have THREE tandem parking spaces available in the driveway, on-site washer and dryer, and two private yards to gather and lounge in.

Outdoor fun awaits with a ping pong table, fitness area, selfie wall, ring toss, connect 4, cornhole, and mini golf – not to mention beach gear like chairs, towels, boogie boards, volleyballs, footballs, and frisbees. Flame broil some steaks on any of the two gas grills, dine outdoors, and gather around the fire pit after a day of adventuring. Need to sneak in a quick workout? You’ll even have access to our outdoor fitness center. Parents can leave their worries behind with a fully fenced yard to keep children and pets safe while they enjoy the fun!

Guest Access:

The homes do not have any shared walls and grant complete privacy which is hard to come by in Mission Beach! You will have full access to both the front yards, driveway, and outdoor amenities as well as the entire inside of the bungalows!

Other Details to Note:

-We follow enhanced cleaning protocols between stays, focusing on high-touched surfaces.

-The home has heat/AC to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round.

-Please note that this is a family-friendly neighborhood, so quiet hours must be observed, especially at night.

-A pet fee of $100 per pet applies for up to two small dogs. Cats are only permitted with pre-approval from host.

-Arrangements for early check-in/late check-out must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. We need to coordinate with our cleaners' schedule to accommodate these requests.

-There is an extra guest fee of $50 per night per guest which applies after 10 guests.
