Newly Remodeled 3BR/2BA Lakefront Property, Boat Slip.

Newly remodeled home with brand new furnishings in 2012. New photos will be added once house in furnished is early May. Large deck lakeside with gas grill. Only 8 steps to be at lake level. Nice flat grass area at the lakefront near the communit dock that has swim/sun platform attached.

LARGE GROUPS: My business partner and I own 6 homes, within 150 yards of one another, with a total of 26 bedrooms. Call for more information and date availability.

Close to the water

This property is close to the water with a nice view. Parking is tight. We had two trucks and a bass boat and were able to make it work. House was very clean and fresh. The deck was a great place to hang out on a spring evening.

Was in town for Bikefest. Doesn't have good parking for motorcycles. Parking is gravel. It was packed down and worked. Just not what I was expecting.

Just what we needed!

We used this property as an overflow for our group. It was just what we needed. It was a 3-minute walk to our main property. It was perfect for the young adults in our group to have their own beds and quiet place to sleep each night. Any questions/concerns were responded to immediately. We would definitely stay here again. Great property

We had 9 people in town for a youth fishing tournament. Judy and Nick were very quick to respond to any questions or needs. The place was exactly as pictured! We had a wonderful time and would definitely book again!

Great Place to Stay

My husband and I decided on a last minute trip with our kids and this house was the perfect size! The check in process was effortless! Nick and Judy were very attentive to anything we needed help with. My favorite part of the house was sitting in the back porch at night! I would also agree with other reviews that the neighborhood was peaceful. I would recommend this house!

Easy Access

The house was comfortable with a very well stocked kitchen. We were there for Thanksgiving so having a well appointed kitchen was important. Judy bent over backwards to make sure we had what we needed including bringing us her own coffee pot and coffee to use while she ran to the store to buy a replacement for the one that was not working well. The upstairs living room is small, but there is additional seating downstairs. My grandsons are ready for us to return in the summer!

Owner was very courteous and helpful. I could see where parking could be a issue but in the off season it worked good for us. When we return to fish in April I will look at staying here again

Ozarks

We loved the closeness to the lake shore and the use of the community dock. Unfortunately, the boat launch was too small for our pontoon, but we got it launched at the state park instead. The house was great, we loved the deck, but we could have used more kitchen utensils to cook with and store left overs.

Fantastic location with amentaties

Home is very nice and clean, has 3 bdrms, 1 upstairs and 2 downstaris, has everything you need for family. This is a perfect place to stay especially if you have a boat, home comes with a slip in a very family friendly cove, quit and close to everything, bring your dogs too what more could you want. Only concern about home is the stairs are of the spiral kind, very tight and curvy, tough to navigate but that is only concern, definately coming back, thank you Matt....

Family Friendly

Great stay at this house. House is in a great location. Tucked in a cove where main channel choppy waters are never a problem. Everyone treated us as if we had been staying there for years. They allowed our kids to use all types of water toys along with taking our kids tubing. The dock is great, having plenty of room to jump off, fish and swim. The house is in great shape and had plenty of areas for people to sleep. They supply lots of fans and have extra cooling machines to make sure the house stays nice and cool during the hot and muggy summer. The large deck is perfect for boat watching and enjoying a meal. I would absolutely stay here again.
