Please utilize any available non-handicapped spots. Parking is complimentary and operates on a first-come, first-served basis.

We enforce a Strict No-Party Policy. Ring Cameras monitor the entrance, and Noise detectors are installed inside. We reside adjacent to the property; any party activity will prompt police intervention and immediate eviction without refunds. Unauthorized guests at the unit or pool will incur a $100 fine per person. By booking, you agree to abide by our rules.
1. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement before receiving check-in instructions.

2. All early check-in is subject to advanced approval. The rate is $20 per hour before check-in time.

Standard Check-in Time:
Mon-Sat: 4:00 PM
Sunday: 5:00 PM

3. Late check-out is subject to advanced approval. The rate is $20 per hour after check-out time. Past 12pm will result in a day's charge.

Standard Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM

4. Pets must be disclosed and approved in advance. There is an extra one-time fee per pet per stay. The extra cleaning fee per pet is based on the number of nights of your stay (not included in the booking total and will be collected through the resolution center):

Extra Pet Cleaning Fee (over 50lb pets may be charged more)
1-2 nights: $100/pet
3-6 nights: $150/pet
7-29 nights: $250/pet
30+ nights: $300/mo/pet

5. We have a Strict No Party Policy. There are Ring cameras at the entrance and noise detectors in the house. We live right next door, if there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit or pool, $100 fine per guest if discovered.

6. Minimum $1000 penalty for the following:
-Smoking, drug & vape use in the unit, on the balcony, or in the hallways of the building
-Any form of party in the property, including loud music
-Violating Quiet Hours: 10 pm – 8 am

7. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee.

8. $600 penalty for lost fob or keys.

9. We do not allow packages/mail to be sent to the address you’re staying at. You may deliver items to the door, or to a local FedEx/UPS. We are not responsible for lost mail.

10. You will be charged for any missing or damaged items such as towels, sheets, etc.

11. All stays longer than 29 days must be cleaned by our housekeeping team. This service will cost $100, which must be paid for by the guest.
