Tides Delivers Again

We have now stayed at Tides 3 times and leave satisfied and pleased yet again! Enjoyed our room, pool and facilities. Grille and bar really make it nice as well. Our condo was great too. Small thing, good elevators with good speed.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Only downfall is the view is a little obscured from the living room because there is a building there. Wish they had seasonings for food. At least even salt and pepper. But other than that we enjoyed our stay!

The property was great! A few items …the fan in the master suite makes a horrible noise when on high, one of the faucets in master drips and there were no kitchen towels or cloths. But we had amazing week!

Perfect condo

This beautiful, spacious condo was perfect for our spring break trip. Everything was very clean, updated and in perfect working order. The fourth floor location was perfect, right next to the stairwell. The view of the ocean/pool area was gorgeous. Having the pickleball and basketball courts right downstairs was perfect for busy middle school aged kids. Access to the ocean and pool was great. I highly recommend this unit and would definitely rent it again.

Beautiful condo

We had a very nice stay at the condo. It was spacious and well equipped. The furniture was nice and the decorations were beautiful. It felt very clean. It has a reserved parking spot under the building which was nice for the rainy days we had. The only downside (which wasn’t their fault) was that the algae was really bad in the water. There was also a lot of jellyfish. Not sure if that’s seasonal or just bad luck. Other beaches in the area didn’t have the algae like it did here.

Great condo, management issues

Enjoyed the condo and location. However, there were several discrepancies: wrong access code given, wrong price on the invoice, wrong check out time given. These are management issues which were all resolved, none to my favor. If I was the owner, I would want to know. I guess I would have preferred to rent directly from the owner than pay extra for the mishaps. One pool, the main pool, was closed. It appeared that there were some maintenance issues. However, the 5 days that we were there, I saw no one working on it. : ( Loved the condo!

Our stay in Miramar Beach at tops’l

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time at the tides property and we hope to go there from now on if we vacation at tops’l. The unit had a very nice balcony and the double Adirondack chair was one of the best parts of it because it allowed you to be up higher to see the view which was just the best. The inside of the condo was comfortable. The beds were comfortable, we would’ve preferred to have a rug here in there or an area rug to make it more Warm and cozy. Next time I will bring some of my kitchen utensils so I will have what I need for cooking, but we just loved the place. It was great. Thank you for everything and we needed Gibson to fix the garbage disposal and dishwasher and they were there the next day fixing and cleaning up. We love Gibson And will always deal with them if possible they are the best.

Clean condo

This condo is very clean and updated. Only negative is the seating. Pictures show 2 couches. There is only one and some chairs. Very hard to get comfortable around the tv at night with the family after being at the beach all day. It was nicer before with more comfortable seating, making it easier to relax.

Topsl the tides is an amazing place to stay. 401 was a tremendous property and had everything we needed. We spent everyday at the beach and the water was beautiful. We will certainly be back.

Thanksgiving trip

We enjoyed our stay very much! Everything was very nice. Condo was great location and we loved the 4th floor. The children even went swimming in the ocean and heated pool! We would certainly love to stay there again!
