Birch Bay retreat is a hidden gem nestled by the serene shores of Bear Lake Reserve in the mountains of North Carolina. Tri-level residence amenties:
First level - Imagine stepping inside a rustic mountain retreat, where nature's beauty is brought indoors with a majestic 36 inch diameter tree with wrap around timber stairs. Past the tree trunk, you're greeted by high ceilings and an open-concept great room with reclaimed timber flooring. The ceilings with exposed wooden beams offer rustic charm, while the stone fireplace serves as a cozy focal point. The living area seamlessly flows into a gourmet kitchen, equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, custom cabinetry, and a large island that invites culinary creativity. Slide open the 12-foot wide pocket doors of the great room, seamlessly merging the outdoors as a gentle breeze carries the fresh scent of pine and the soft murmur of the lake right into your living space. Past the great room is the master bedroom suite with private deck and a rustic stone walk in shower.
Second level - An oasis for guests or children entertainment, this level includes a kitchenette, a second stone fireplace with seating and a loft.
