The second floor offers one bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath just off the hallway. A separate living area has a pull-out sofa for extra guests and a flat screen television. French doors lead to a roomy covered porch with a great view of the large pool.  Stairs off the living area lead to the third floor which has two bedrooms and a full jack-and-jill bathroom with a walk-in shower. One bedroom has twin beds that can be made into a king bed, and the second bedroom has a king bed. Both bedrooms have skylights that fill the rooms with natural light during the daytime.
