We are proud to present this central One bedroom apartment. Located in bustling Downtown Dubai, guests will have an unforgettable experience exploring the famous attractions nearby like the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Opera, various retail stores, fine dining restaurants and so much more. With the Dubai Metro only a 5 minute drive away, exploring the rest of Dubai will be easy.

This apartment is designed with style and comfort in mind and is perfect for a couple or single traveler alike. With modern furnishings and tasteful decor throughout, it has all the amenities to add extra comfort and convenience to your stay including high-speed WiFi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.

The open plan living and dining area features a fully equipped open plan kitchen with a fridge, oven and stove. There is a comfortable dining table to seat four and the living area has a comfortable sofa, smart TV and lounge chair. There is also a laundry cupboard and neat balcony.

The bedroom has a King-sized bed to accommodate a maximum of two guests with a separate bathroom that is stocked with hotel grade towels and bathroom amenities.

Guests can enjoy the facilities that the building offers, such as
a swimming pool, state of the art gymnasium, roof top deck area and communal BBQ area. There are also steam room and Jacuzzi facilities to be booked separately.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

Guests are required to submit soft copies of their passports prior to the check-in date. Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out no later than 11:00 AM.

Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.

We provide you with a starter pack of toiletries. Please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products and additional toiletries are not provided.
