The fully-equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances,including a refrigerator,oven/stove,microwave,coffee maker,toaster,and many more. With ample counter space and all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals,you'll find everything you need at your fingertips. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table with seating for four,complete with coasters to protect your surfaces.

• Trailers/Boat are not allowed on the driveway or on the streets of this community.
• Please avoid parking on the grass as it is an HOA violation.
• Lawn Care:Scheduled bi-weekly. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission.
•The garage is not accessible to guests as there's the owners personal belongings.They will access the garage sometimes and only from the outside door.We will notify you.
• Please do not open the garage mechanical door nor park your vehicle inside.
*There shall be a mid-stay inspection for quality and safety purposes from our team member for stays that are over 40 days or more.
