Welcome to your fabulous vacation home! This 2,800 sq foot one-story home is like new and boasts 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The open floorplan is perfect for large groups, a couple, or a family coming to enjoy the wonderful Phoenix weather! The open single floor means it's easy for those with mobility issues to get around - no stair climbing here! Lots of big beautiful windows let in what you come to Phoenix for - SUN!

Beautifully and fully furnished, there is always a comfortable, inviting place to watch TV, visit with family or friends, or get lost in a good book. The kitchen has everything you can possibly imagine! A large refrigerator/freezer, microwave, stove, oven, and dishwasher. All knives, pans, utensils and plates are provided. How well stocked are we? Toaster? Check! Waffle maker? Check! Smoothie maker? Check! Griddle for making pancakes for the whole crew? Check! There is plenty of room for entertaining large groups with 4 barstools up to the granite counter and a beautiful large table that will comfortably seat 8.

The configuration of the bedrooms provides maximum flexibility for yourself and your guests. Two bedrooms offer comfortable queen beds and a Jack and Jill bathroom. The queen suite offers a queen bed with its own bathroom. The master suite offers a king size bed, walk in closet, and amazing bathroom complete with a huge soaker tub, and walk in shower with 2 shower heads! Each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan, 39' TV, and new furniture that includes, a dresser, nightstand and a unique bedside lamp.

The backyard is a fabulous retreat. It features a large covered patio that is equipped with lovely table and chairs. There are 4 lounge chairs as well. There is a beautiful pool surrounded by a large patio that provides the perfect spot to soak up some sun. For an additional $200/week we can heat the pool for you. There is a wonderful hot tub attached to the pool for relaxing and soaking your muscles after a fun day of golfing! There is a built in gas grill and bar near the pool for relaxing outdoor meals.

If you are bringing children there is a fantastic park just three houses down from us with a large grassy area and nice playground equipment. At the home you will find 2 mountain bikes for your use if you decide to check out the well known FINS bike trail or just want a casual cruise around the beautiful North and South Lakes.

Love this home! We will be going back.
The property owner was very helpful and friendly. Plenty of communication before the trip so we could plan for what we needed. The home is beautiful, the pool and spa are amazing. This is the first trip we have taken as a family in years and everyone was happy. I am thankful we decided to drive a little further to stay at this house. Goodyear is a hike from the airport, but again, worth it.

This is our 7th trip to Phoenix for the NASCAR races and the 4th home we have rented...this one checks ALL of the boxes!!!! The ease of renting and getting here is so great-the location is wonderful and close to everything you need. One issue we have had in the past homes is dealing with pool and hot tub heating. We almost always have troubles getting both to temperature, keeping them heated, taking days to heat up, etc. This home had ZERO issues and the pool/hot tub were absolutely perfect temps and so easy to use! The home is FULLY stocked with everything you could need! Kitchen tools, linens, pool towels, etc. The layout is also really great and each room is so private you cannot hear into the living room or kitchen, which makes it nice for those on different sleeping schedules. We will for sure be coming back to rent this home-it was perfect for our vacation!!!

My friends and family and I all had a great time! The house is so nice and big with the rooms spread out and big open living space perfect for large groups. The pool and outside area is private and amazing. Great time for all ages!

Beyond Thankful
If I could give the communication with Stephanie and the layout of her beautiful home a 5+ I would. We were there for a family get-together with other family members renting homes in the area and all of them said: "you (me) have the best home". The home had plenty of linen/towels and the kitchen was well stocked. The layout gave us so much space and we all felt like we had our own area of this beautiful home. Stephanie made the experience so stressless and was quick and detailed in answering my questions and concerns. Her compassion for helping others comes through as she cared that our family didn't have to worry about a thing and we enjoyed our time in Goodyear. I would 110% rent this home again.

Great home for a warm getaway!
I booked this trip to enjoy the warmer weather and time in a pool before winter hits in Wisconsin. The furniture, linens, and all of the accommodations were so much better than I expected. The pool was awesome and we enjoyed so much time outside. On top of that, there were so many great things in the kitchen to make our stay so much easier. I can't say enough. I'll definitely be back again! Thanks so much for a wonderful getaway.

We had an amazing time at the Estrella Mountain Ranch. The house is very spacious and has a nice layout. Everything we needed was there including dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent and fabric softener. The owner was very responsive and made sure we were comfortable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. We didn’t want to leave!

Great Place to Stay in AZ
We came to AZ from CA for a baseball tournament. It was my son and I along with another dad and his son. The house was farther away than we traditionally stay with most games being in Surprise this weekend but the home was immaculate, comfortable and the property owners/hosts were amazing. Very good and easy communication. The home was well furnished and made for a very comfortable stay. Plenty of TV's for everyone to watch and the boys (16 & 17 years old) had a great time in the pool after being in the heat playing baseball all day. Overall, this was a great stay and we'd highly recommend this house for smaller groups.

My husband and three kids booked this home last minute. It was beautiful and we wish we could have stayed longer. The hosts are so kind and helpful, the kindest people I have never met :) The house is immaculately cleaned and stocked beyond any we have ever stayed at. The beds are all comfortable in spacious bedrooms. The pool and hot tub make it hard to want to do anything else than just relax. There are not enough good things to say about this home and its hosts.

We have been visiting Phoenix for the past 8 years since our daughter and her family moved to beautiful Estrella Mountain Ranch. We have fallen in love with the beauty of the desert and this wonderful community. We like that Estrella is convenient to all the fun things the big city has to offer, but far enough away to be a peaceful retreat.
