A smart TV, lounge furniture, sun loungers and an atmospheric fireplace provide entertainment by the pool to perfect your stay by the pool. The entire pool and lanai area is surrounded by a pool screen. A well-kept path leads to the dock, and an inviting Tiki Hut offers the perfect place to linger and enjoy.

The villa offers 2884 sqft. space for up to 8 people, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The rooms are bright, modern and equipped with high-quality tiles. The elegant furnishings run through the entire villa. In the living room you will find a comfortable couch for 8 guests, an impressive TV wall in stone look and a modern electric fireplace. The Sonos sound system is integrated in all rooms. Free high-speed WiFi is available throughout the villa, on the terrace and on the boat deck. High-quality landscape audios are installed outside.

The open-plan kitchen-living room is fully equipped with a 5-zone induction stove, steamer, fridge-freezer with ice cube maker, dishwasher and oven. Coffee lovers will be delighted with the Nespresso coffee machine, Keurig coffee machine and an additional filter coffee machine with milk frother. The dining table offers enough space for the whole family. The master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and free-standing bathtub. Two further guest bedrooms are equipped with king-size beds, while the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. The other two bathrooms are equipped with a shower and toilet. All bedrooms have walk-in closets and TVs. This dream villa leaves nothing to be desired and offers a luxurious retreat for an unforgettable stay.

The villa is very quiet and centrally located. Shops, grocery stores and numerous restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. Banks and gas stations as well as golf and tennis courts are also just a short drive away. A cooler, beach towels, beach chairs and a parasol are ready for your beach trip. This villa also offers you 5 beach bikes in various sizes for free use. Use at your own risk!

Cape Coral is an absolute dream on the water. From here you can reach the most beautiful beaches of Fort Myers Beach and the surrounding islands of Sanibel and Captiva. You can rent a boat for this villa, just ask when booking.

Electric is not included and will be charged by actual consumption and must be paid on site at check-out.

We provide our guests with a small starter pack when they move in. However, we expressly point out that we generally do not provide garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, soap or similar consumables, for the duration of the stay.

Smoking is not permitted in this villa.

Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Events are not permitted.
