First let me start by say the property manager BaLeen was fantastic. When we arrived I never received the codes to enter the gate or the code. Another guest entered so I drove in behind. Once in I didn't have the code to enter the condo. The property manager just so happened to be walking by and she assisted us by taking us to the condo. It looked like someone was in the condo. All the light and TV were on. I still could not access the email to get the code. We finally reached a very help customer service agent that was able to access my account. We went to the condo and nobody was in there. VRBO ended up having 2 different emails and it would not let me access my account. Once in (9PM) we were exhausted from our travels and fear that we didn't have a place to stay. There were a few things about the condo that where not good. Beds are not comfortable, master shower was terrible, the single bed room light could not turn off (maintenance came the next day and fixed the switch). The location was great for our daughters softball tournament. Oh and my husband got the FLU. So that sucked. Pool and hot tub were awesome.
