OTHER INFORMATION
Parking
+ Towing Is Strictly Enforced
+ Overnight Parking is allowed in the driveway or in designated visitor parking spaces only. Only registered guests may park overnight.
+ Vehicles improperly parked in a space marked for another unit are subject to immediate towing.
+ There is NO parking allowed on the grass or common areas or any lot. Sidewalks and aprons must not be blocked.
+ Commercial vehicles, RVs, Trailers, ATVs, Motorcycles, Jet-Skis, and Boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading.
+ Any damage to sod, landscape, and/or irrigation on homes will be the homeowner’s responsibility.
+ Gate Guards are not able to give away waivers to the parking rules.
Optional Fees:
POOL HEATING IS OPTIONAL AND IS $35 PER DAY plus tax. MINIMUM CHARGE OF 3 CONSECUTIVE NIGHTS. Please book pool heat before your arrival. If you request pool heat after you have arrived, please note that it takes a full day to get to temperature and there is an additional $25 call out to come to the home and switch the pool heat on.
Pool & SPA will be cleaned once a week, if it looks dirty call us and I will send the pool cleaner as soon as possible. Some SPA houses have NO extra charge to heat it you will be advised before your booking. The pool is cleaned once a week between Mondays and Wednesdays (can be changed without prior notice). Pool company will access pool area from behind they will never access from the front door. After pool cleaning treatment done must wait 1 hour to circulate all chemicals and avoid skin and/or eye irritation.
BBQ - $80.00 per stay - includes one propane tank
RESORT FEE OPTIONAL - If you choose to use the Resort facilities, an Amenity Access Fee is required per family. This is a one-time fee per house per reservation payable direct to the Clubhouse. Price 1-12 Guests $35 and 13+ Guests $45.
Note: If you are not using the clubhouse facilities then No Fee is required.
GUESTS ACCEPT WHEN BOOKING THIS HOME:
1. The maximum occupancy of the home is 15 guests and this MUST NOT be exceeded at ANY TIME. Strictly no events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy. The Sheriff has new powers to immediately evict all guests from any home breaking this rule, there will be no refund of any remaining nights and security deposits will be withheld.
2. Only Guests who are included in the reservation are authorized to stay in the home. No external visits from friends or family are allowed even if this is below the maximum occupancy.
3. Resort and community facilities associated with the home may be closed or restricted due to Covid-19 or any other reason without previous announcements and/or refunds.
This is a quiet neighbourhood. Please keep noise levels at a low and polite level at all times. HOA enforced quiet hours from 10pm - 9am. If you are asked to keep the noise down you must comply. 2 cars parking only available. If you have more than 2 cars ask us first about IF extra space is available.
SUPPLIES PROVIDED:
All of our homes are self-catering it means you must provide your own supplies. We provide only an initial starter pack to help you on your first night that includes. We do not supply additional/unlimited toilet paper, trash bags or toiletries.
