Comfortable villa near the beach with private pool
Experience your dream holiday in this Tuscan villa! The villa is ideal for families or groups of friends and is very child-friendly. Swimming pool, trampoline and swing are available, as well as a large lawn for playing football, for example. Downstairs there is a main kitchen and also a second kitchen. Originally, this villa was built about 250 years ago as a monastery. Many elements from this period can be seen in the structures of the house. In the nineties, the house was restored with great care and offers a lot of comfort and space both inside and outside.
The location is also ideal: between the Mediterranean Sea and the mountain village of Bibbona; near the famous wine region of Bolgheri. The house is in the countryside, but all amenities are nearby. Within ten minutes you are on the beach, in La California or Cecina. Cecina offers a variety of large supermarkets, restaurants and other shops. There is also a large market every Tuesday morning and it has a train station. Pisa international airport can be reached within 40 minutes via a motorway. The villa is rented as a whole. If desired, it can be divided into three independent apartments with private entrance and terrace.

Above is the beautiful historic property we bought. We will not always be there and want more people to enjoy and be charmed by this Italy. That's why the house is rented out. We are Rikie and Pedro van der Werf and have been avid Italian goers for years. After more than 10 years on holiday in Tuscany, the desire to have a place of their own grew. This started with a free look around, but gradually the plans became more and more serious. When Pedro retired early, things got really mean. We have been coming to this beautiful region for 15 years now and our dream has come true this year!
