There’s no need to leave once you enter the sprawling grounds of Los Arboles Ranch. Located near the Hope Ranch neighborhood, this gated property provides all the relaxation and privacy you’ll need to enjoy with friends and family. The Ranch includes a Main Residence, detached Guest House, and Pool Cabana, all centered around a refreshing pool and hot tub. The fun doesn’t stop there, a bocce ball court, ping pong table, and volleyball/badminton court are all available within the property.

Inside, the Main House is separated into two wings, each containing two Bedrooms and a shared Bathroom. The Living Room includes a fireplace that can be enjoyed from the Dining Room, and the Kitchen is situated next to an outdoor Dining Area to accommodate large groups. The detached Guest House includes three Bedrooms, a Kitchen, two full Bathrooms, a Dining area, and Living Room. The Pool Cabana features retractable sliding doors, a large, leather sectional couch, a 70" flat-screen TV, and a wet bar with a refrigerator and sink.

Family trip

We had a great time at this property. The home is well stocked and perfect for all ages. We spent afternoons and evenings enjoying the pool and yard games. We really appreciated the electric pool cover since two of my grandkids aren’t pool safe yet. It was nice to close it up in the evening when everyone was done swimming

Celebrating 25 Years Book Group

We loved the ample seating arrangements: breakfast in the main house and lunch in the middle house or around the pool. We had three friends who got a one-day stomach virus at different times who drank coffee made with the tap water. We felt most comfortable drinking bottled-water, because we were unsure about the tap water or the filter-cleaning process on the filtered water. The house and location are great. We went on a whale trip, a trip to Solvang, and a docent tour of Lotusland. The weather was close to perfect. Java Junction is very convenient, delicious food, and very busy. We are thinking about coming again in the future. Thank you for your personal introduction to the house and the quick turnaround for a highly-sought home.

Beautiful home

This home is everything the listing says. There was so much room for 10 of us to spread out and so much to do with pool, hot tub, badminton and ping pong. We gathered in the second home and did all our cooking there. The house is so well stocked! Great location to get anywhere in Santa Barbara.

Great girls trip

This property was fantastic for a bigger group. So many rooms and variety of places to lounge and play games and be together as a group. The pool and hot tub were fantastic! We loved sitting by the fire in the evening. The location of this property is great to explore Santa Barbara as well as wineries towards Solvang. Great stay!

Great Family Compound

We had two extended families at the place. One couple, had their daughters family with 2 young children, The other couple had their daughter with two older children. We were each able to take a house. The pool/SPA were a big hit, as well the the badminton court, and Pinpong Table. Well Located within 10 min. to most places in SB.

Great house, great location

We are from Florida so having an indoor fireplace, an outdoor fire pit, a heated pool, a hot tub and tons of comfy blankets and thick comforters, it made the cold weather feel AMAZING!! We played ping pong every day and we loved the coffee shop within walking distance. It was AWESOME!

Perfect location for a family reunion

We rented this property in Santa Barbara for our annual holiday family get together. It is near Hope Ranch but on a somewhat nondescript side street. The property is very large with three separate buildings - the original house with four bedrooms, the second house (part was originally the garage) with three bedrooms, and the pool house in back. The kitchen in the second house is bigger and open to the living room area so we spent most of our time cooking and socializing there. The pool house is large, has a bar and full bath so is good for socializing, watching TV, etc. The buildings surround a large yard with a nice heated and covered pool, a badminton court, a spa and multiple outdoor seating and dining areas. There is a large laundry room with multiple washers and dryers. The houses and large grounds would be perfect for a family or large group or a party (though mind the noise limitations at night). The house is just off Hollister and near the north end of State Street, close to shopping, restaurants, etc. Highly recommended.

Perfect for large groups

The listing didn’t do this place justice. It was the perfect place for multiple families and everyone had their own space. Great outdoor area and lots for kids and adults to do! Will definitely book here again. Only bad thing is you can only have 14 people on the property at a time so our extended family could not come and hang out during the day but we worked it out. It was still a wonderful time!

Wedding Weekend

We called this great property the compound! A fun, fabulous, and welcoming retreat we could all enjoy together and yet have some space of our own. Besides the beautiful rooms, dual kitchens, outdoor paradise with pool, hot tub, bocce court, BBQ, badminton, lounge area and pool house the location was very convenient to downtown and the airport. The little touches like soaps, shampoo, well stocked kitchen, pool towels, cleaning supplies, and make up towels were appreciated. Already planning our return trip!

Girls’ Weekend

Such a lovely property with space, amenities and relaxing things to do. We laugh because we didn’t discover and open the door to the largest master bedroom en suite until the day we left! But we had our own bedrooms and enjoyed the pool and hot tub and umbrella and pool lights and gas grill (owner came out himself to make it work). One guest she can now accept nothing less from here on out! 🤭

Family Getaway

We were 12 people (three generations) and the house, guesthouse, pool, yard, and parking worked wonderfully for our group. The beds are comfortable, and there are plenty of towels, dishes, toiletries, etc. which make a rental home stay easy. The location is great for visiting different parts of Santa Barbara, and the neighborhood itself is very nice for walking. Our six teenagers want to skip our next resort stay and return to this house- it was a resort all of our own!

Santa Barbara Hidden Gem!💕💕

This VRBO is outstanding! First class all the way from the excellent linens and bedding to well stocked kitchens. This was a family outing for my sons and their families. Everyone had so much space throughout the complex. Loved loved the pool and media room what an extra bonus. Highly highly recommend this venue!! Great time in Santa Barbara and weather was perfect for our week. Mary💕
