As a guest of our gated lake community, you'll have access (at an additional fee) to a range of amenities, including :

For use of the extensive amenities at Big Bass Lake, you must purchase amenity passes and they are priced as follows for ages seven (7) and above:

Daily pass: weekdays $8/per day - per person.
Daily pass: weekend or holiday $10/per day - per person.
Week pass (non-holiday): $30 per week/per person.
Holiday week: $50 per week/per person

Passes can be purchased at the Club House in the summer, and at the Recreation Center or Admin Building in the off-season.

**When you purchase the amenity passes, the community provides you with tennis rackets, balls, basketballs, and even towels for the indoor pool!**


PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:

We require all guests to fill out a registration form that will be sent to you directly after your booking is confirmed. This form is required by the community HOA and lists all of the guests, even young children age 4 and above, that will need access to the property. Without this form you will be turned away at the gate with NO EXCEPTIONS.
Failure to provide this information will be penalized by a $100.00 fee , and could lead to the potential cancellation of your booking.

There will be a $25 charge for ANY CHANGES made to this form less than 3 days prior to arrival. So please list all potential guests in order to avoid this fee.

All reservations made within 3 days of arrival or without registration will be subject to a $50 fee.

*This property is not wheelchair accessible as it has steps to access the front door, and a staircase to the second floor bedrooms.
