Looking for a morning walk? You've come to the right place! This neighborhood has a high walking score and it's very safe to walk around.

The best way to get around the neighborhood is by vehicle. You can park 1 car at the property in the designated parking spot. NO parking on driveway or in any other spot, NOT EVEN TEMPORARILY. NO street parking. MAX 1 CAR AT ALL TIMES.

This property is also conveniently located close to the METRO system (bus transportation). You can use your phone GPS to find the best METRO route. Finally, you can always use UBER or other ridesharing platforms to move around.


✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be sent to you prior to check-in.

✹ Long-term stays are allowed.

✹ Please note that though the listing shows 4 beds, there are only 3 actual beds. The last “bed” is a sleeper sofa.

✹ No events, parties or large gatherings are permitted at any time.

✹ The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each booking.

They are normally done within 1 hr.

✹ This apartment unit is within a property that has other units. The balcony terrace, patio, and grill area are shared with the rest of the units/guests.
