Nestled in a prime location close to the serene Arnos Park, our recently renovated, two-story holiday home offers a perfect urban retreat in North London. Enjoy the entire place, complete with a private entrance and patio, and make the most of your stay in one of the world's most iconic cities.

The space where you will live encompasses two floors of our side extension, providing an exclusive and private living zone with its own entrance and patio. Designed with a minimalist aesthetic, this home features everything you need for a comfortable stay for up to 4-5 guests, with the option to accommodate a fifth guest on the sofa bed.

Ground Floor:
An open-plan kitchenette and living area equipped with modern amenities, including an induction hob, microwave, fridge, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, and essential cooking utensils.

First Floor:
Two cozy bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with two single beds, both furnished with hotel-quality linen.

Our home is less than an 8-minute walk from Arnos Grove underground station on the Piccadilly line. Enjoy quick and easy access to Central London, with just a 20-minute journey to King's Cross St Pancras. Additionally, you can reach Heathrow Airport directly in approximately 78 minutes by train. Explore the vibrant city while enjoying the tranquility of a residential neighborhood with easy access to Arnos Park and nearby amenities.

Detailed check-in instructions, including the access code and any necessary information, will be shared with you on the morning of your booking.

Check-Out Instructions:

Check-Out Time: Please check out by 11:00 AM.
Late Check-Out: Late check-out can be requested at a rate of £20 per hour, subject to availability.

The steps to the first floor are steep (see photo) and may not be suitable for younger or older guests or others with difficulty climbing stairs. Large suitcases may have to be left on the ground floor.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. However, guests are welcome to smoke in the designated garden area.

To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, we do not allow parties at the property.
