Rustic cabin at the foothills of Arcadia National
What a wonderful stay. With a beautiful view of the river and close proximity to Bar Harbour and right next to Arcadia National Park, this was an affordable treasure. We had a great time

Beautiful Home Away From Home
House was secluded and peaceful on an inlet of a tidal river. With our morning coffee we enjoyed watching blue herons, bald eagles, hawks and other water fowl. We were able to bring our dog who we just rescued and didn’t want to leave home. House was well stocked with linens, towels, and everything you'd need in a kitchen. We wanted some place secluded in case our dog barked and this was perfect. There was good communication with the owner who was next door in case we needed anything. The only snafu, and not anything major, was that GPS said the location was down an inaccessable street Spindle Road) but folks who lived on that road were kind enough to give us directions to the location which was a mile further away. I think directions to the listing would be helpful since GPS will not take you there! home.homecoming h hahomhositter
